1. Introduction

Welcome to GroHigh Institute, a premier coaching center for JEE and NEET aspirants. By enrolling in our programs, students and parents/guardians agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all students.

2. Admission Policy

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

  • Students enrolling in JEE coaching must have completed or be pursuing their Class 10th or 12th education.

  • Students enrolling in NEET coaching must have completed or be pursuing their Class 12th education with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).

  • Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during the registration process. Any falsified information may result in disqualification from the course.

2.2 Admission Process

  • Admission is based on merit, direct registration, or scholarship tests conducted by the institute.

  • The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application without providing a reason.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Terms

3.1 Fee Payment

  • Students are required to pay the course fees as per the structure mentioned during enrollment.

  • Fees can be paid in full or in installments, as per the institute’s payment policy.

  • All payments must be made through authorized channels such as bank transfers, UPI, or cash deposits at the institute.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be granted for voluntary withdrawal from the course.

  • In case of medical emergencies, the institute may consider partial refunds at its discretion upon submission of valid documents.

3.3 Late Payment & Penalties

  • A late fee will be charged for any delayed installment payments.

  • Continued failure to pay fees may lead to suspension or termination from the program.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 General Discipline

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and sincerity during all classes, tests, and institute activities.

  • Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of institute rules will result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

  • Use of mobile phones during class sessions is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Attendance Policy

  • Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in all classes and tests.

  • Frequent absenteeism without prior approval may lead to cancellation of enrollment.

  • In case of illness, students must submit a medical certificate to be excused from attendance requirements.

4.3 Use of Study Material

  • All study materials, books, and resources provided by GroHigh Institute are for personal use only.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Academic Policies

5.1 Test Series & Evaluations

  • Students must appear for all scheduled mock tests and practice exams to track their progress.

  • Missing multiple tests without valid reasons may impact the student’s eligibility for scholarship or advanced training programs.

5.2 Performance Monitoring

  • The institute reserves the right to reassign students to different batches based on academic performance.

  • Parents will receive periodic updates on their child’s progress via meetings, reports, or online portals.

5.3 Doubt Clearing Sessions

  • Special doubt-clearing sessions are available for all students. Students must schedule these sessions in advance with faculty members.

6. Scholarships & Rewards

6.1 Merit-Based Scholarships

  • The institute provides merit-based scholarships for outstanding students in scholarship tests or performance-based assessments.

  • Scholarships are applicable only for specific periods and are subject to renewal based on academic performance.

6.2 Conditions for Retaining Scholarships

  • To continue receiving scholarship benefits, students must maintain a high level of academic performance and attendance.

  • Any misconduct or disciplinary issues may lead to the cancellation of scholarship benefits.

7. Infrastructure & Facilities Usage

7.1 Classroom & Library

  • Students must maintain decorum inside classrooms and library premises.

  • Any damage to institute property will be charged to the responsible student.

7.2 Digital Learning & Online Classes

  • Online classes and e-learning materials provided by the institute are strictly for enrolled students only.

  • Sharing login credentials or course access with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited.

8. Safety & Security Policies

8.1 Anti-Ragging Policy

  • GroHigh Institute follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging, bullying, or harassment of any kind.

  • Any complaints of misconduct will be investigated, and strict disciplinary action will be taken.

8.2 Health & Emergency Measures

  • The institute has basic first aid facilities in case of medical emergencies.

  • Students with medical conditions must inform the institute at the time of admission and carry necessary medications.

9. Termination & Expulsion Policy

9.1 Grounds for Expulsion

  • Engaging in malpractice, cheating in tests, or unethical behavior.

  • Repeated absenteeism without valid reasons.

  • Violation of institute rules, including unauthorized recording or sharing of class materials.

  • Non-payment of fees despite repeated reminders.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, test papers, and online resources are the exclusive property of GroHigh Institute.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

11. Grievance Redressal System

  • Students or parents with concerns or complaints can approach the Grievance Committee.

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email for resolution within a specified timeframe.

12. Privacy Policy

  • The institute ensures confidentiality of student records and personal information.

  • Any data collected during admission or academic sessions will only be used for official purposes.

13. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • GroHigh Institute reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Students and parents will be notified of any major policy changes.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
