Refund - Cancellation

GroHigh Institute is committed to providing high-quality coaching services for JEE and NEET aspirants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where students or parents may need to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to course cancellations, fee refunds, and other financial matters.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Course Cancellation by Student

  • Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a written request via email at support@grohighinstitute.com or visit the institute’s administration office.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of the batch to be eligible for a full or partial refund (refer to the refund policy below).

  • If a student cancels after classes have started, the refund amount will be subject to deductions based on the duration of the course attended.

1.2 Course Cancellation by GroHigh Institute

  • In rare cases, if GroHigh Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., lack of minimum student enrollment, faculty unavailability, or operational issues), a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

  • Students will be given the option to enroll in another batch without any extra charge.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered based on the following conditions:

Before batch commencement 90% refund (10% administrative charges deducted)
Within 7 days of batch commencement 75% refund
Within 15 days of batch commencement 50% refund
After 15 days of batch commencement No refund

Note: Registration fees, admission charges, and study material costs are non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Students must fill out the Refund Request Form (available at the institute or on our website).

  • Refund processing time is 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card payment).

  • Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted.


3. Transfer & Batch Change Policy

3.1 Transfer to Another Batch

  • Students can request a batch transfer within the first 15 days of class commencement, subject to seat availability.

  • No extra charges will be applied if the transfer request is within the same course structure.

  • If the new batch has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference.

3.2 Course Change Requests

  • If a student wants to switch from one course (e.g., JEE to NEET) within 7 days of joining, a course transfer request can be made.

  • The fee difference must be paid if the new course is more expensive. If the new course is cheaper, no refund will be given for the balance amount.


4. No-Show & Absenteeism Policy

  • If a student fails to attend classes without prior intimation for 30 consecutive days, their enrollment will be considered as withdrawn, and no refund will be provided.

  • In exceptional cases like medical emergencies, students may request a fee adjustment for future batches with supporting documents.


5. Refund & Cancellation for Online Courses

  • If a student enrolls in an online course but decides to withdraw before accessing the study material or live sessions, a 90% refund will be provided.

  • If the student has accessed more than 20% of the course material, no refund will be granted.


6. Exceptional Cases

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies, relocation, or personal reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supporting documents (medical certificate, transfer certificate, etc.) must be provided for special consideration.
